• Registration and/or Account Details: Email, Facebook ID, or Google ID, depending on the App's configuration.
• Content Details: Photos, images, videos, audio files, documents, and other uploaded data.

2.2 Automatically Processed Data

While using the App, some information about your device and usage patterns may be automatically processed. This data is usually non-personal and is processed for app improvement.

Automatically processed data may include:

• Advertising ID, device brand/model, browser type/version.
• IP address, MAC address, IMEI, OS version, and locale data.
• Cookies and similar technologies.

III. GOOGLE USER DATA (FOR APPS INTEGRATING WITH GOOGLE SERVICES)

Certain apps developed by iKame Global Team (BEGAMOB Studio) integrate with Google APIs (such as Gmail, Calendar, or Drive) to provide specific in-app features. This section discloses how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, and protected for each app that requests such access. If the app you are using is not listed below, it does not access Google user data beyond basic sign-in (name, email address, profile picture).

We do not sell Google user data to third parties. Google user data is never used for advertising, credit-worthiness determination, or training AI/ML models, in compliance with Google's Limited Use requirements.

Note: The general list of third-party service providers described elsewhere on this page (including Google, Facebook, and Apple for advertising and analytics) applies broadly across apps developed by iKame Global Team. For SubManager specifically, Gmail data is processed exclusively as described below and is not shared with any advertising or analytics provider.

SubManager

• Scopes requested: gmail.readonly (read-only access to Gmail)
• What we collect: Content of emails identified as subscription billing or receipt notifications (service name, amount charged, billing date, renewal date).
• How we use it: To detect and display your subscription list, renewal dates, and spending summaries within the app. SubManager cannot send, modify, or delete any email in your Gmail account.
• AI/ML processing: Email content is processed using Google's Gemini API (Paid tier, billed via Google Cloud) to extract subscription details (service name, amount, billing date). Under Paid Service terms, Google does not use this data to train or improve its models. This data is not sent to any other third-party AI service.
• Sharing: Not shared with any third party, advertiser, or data broker.
• Protection: Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest; access limited to systems required to operate this feature.
• Retention & deletion: Data is retained only while your Gmail account remains connected. You may disconnect at any time via the app's "Connected Accounts" settings or through Google Account permissions.

Limited Use Compliance Statement: The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs complies with the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

IV. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

3.1 Third Parties Channels

We do not lease or sell your personal data but may share some information with third parties like Google, Facebook, and Apple for advertising and analytics purposes.

3.2 International Data Transfer

Your data may be transferred across countries due to our global operations. We ensure proper security measures and comply with relevant data protection laws.
